Patrick moved to Texas to attend Engineering school at the University of Texas, and found his passion for the oil and gas industry through an internship with Baker Oil tools. As part of the Next Generation program of NOV, he traveled around the world to shadow senior leaders, which helped him understand which part of the business he wanted to work in.

Patrick believes mentorship is essential in having a successful career, and that communication is key to any successful relationship or organization. After leaving NOV, he took the risk to work for a smaller organization and learned from the failures he faced. As President of Americas at DynaEnergetics, he is focused on changing the gender landscape of the company by implementing programs to grow their female talent.
