Robert’s experience in Schlumberger is unique as he worked his way up the ladder without leaving North America, unlike most of his colleagues who were required to work overseas. Robert also talks about his role in the merger of C&J and Keane to create Nextier, and how he managed to steer the company through the pandemic while focusing on customer needs and team management.
