Yogashri’s love for math and science started at a young age, with her parents enrolling her in an engineering camp. She wrote a paper on CO2 Flooding in high school that won the SPE International Student Paper contest. She networked heavily, and this helped grow her career in Oil and Gas beyond her expectations.

Yogashri is a full-time reservoir engineer at Endeavour Energy Resources and the SPE Section Chair for the Permian. She speaks about diversity in the workplace and how we can become more inclusive as an industry. Yogashri is the recipient of various awards, including the Houston Engineers Week Young Engineer of the Year and the International Young Member Outstanding Service Award from SPE.
