Ron, who grew up with a love for all things mechanical, initially shied away from a career in the oil industry due to the impacts of an economic downturn he saw in his community. However, he eventually joined the industry and started his career in fracking, helping to develop and grow the technology space in the field. After working for various companies, he finally found the ‘small company feel’ he had been searching for at Liberty.
