Paula is a graduate of Texas A&M in Petroleum Engineering, who worked for Schlumberger for 33 years and climbed her way up to become the ESG Global Director before retiring in summer 2020. She is now the CEO of DPM Alliance Energy Group and has authored two books. Despite her initial reservations, working for Schlumberger turned out to be the best decision she ever made.
