Bill Henn grew up in a small town in Kansas and pursued a degree in computer science, but soon switched to engineering technology. He began his career as a field engineer for Baroid, but quit on his first day offshore due to sea sickness.
Bill later became a Global Account Manager at Halliburton, where he managed growth upwards of a billion dollars and founded the Women’s Sharing Excellence Program. He advocates for diversity and inclusion in the industry. After several decades at Halliburton, Bill moved on to a new adventure at a start-up.
