Bill Langin completed a PhD at Cornell University after realizing it was the most cost-effective way to obtain the degree he needed for a strong career in the energy industry. He started his first full-time job with Shell in 2003 and quickly began to apply his skills to improve tools and processes, taking an “old school” approach when necessary.
