The question is not “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” It’s “Do you see yourself?” We’re bridging together industry leaders and career opportunities with underrepresented minority professionals in Oil & Gas, with the goal of exploring how we can drive equality and inclusivity within the industry and remove barriers around success. We’re making it possible for you to envision your career in Energy TODAY.
This year’s event is open to anyone who feels passionate about being part of a change in workplace culture, meaning both men and women are encouraged to attend. “Representation matters” will feature a keynote wife and husband duo, executive level diversity panel, and include networking time. We will have a larger panel focused on creating an environment and culture in which women can rise in the workforce, “how to retain your top talent,” what working moms need to thrive, maternity/paternity policies, and how to create an inclusive workforce. Guests will enjoy a fall-themed event with a coffee bar, cookies, signature cocktails, lunch at the prestigious Petroleum Club, and an opportunity to grow their network not offered anywhere else.
