Keila grew up on a farm near the Rainforest in Brazil, which created her curiosity to explore beyond the farm and strive for higher education. She developed a passion for Environmental Science and finished her Masters in Business and Environmental Engineering at Duke University. Keila shares her career journey and her thoughts on the oil and gas industry’s ESG performance. She also discusses her excitement about becoming a mother in September.
